By accessing or using the Grivn deep linking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Grivn provides a deep linking platform that enables developers and businesses to create, manage, and analyze deep links across multiple platforms including iOS, Android, and the web. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST APIs, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for the following purposes:

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to promote, distribute, or link to:

  • Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
  • Gambling, betting, or lottery services that are unlicensed or illegal in the applicable jurisdiction
  • Fraudulent schemes, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial practices
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unauthorized pharmaceuticals
  • Illegal weapons trafficking or the sale of unregulated firearms
  • Terrorism, extremist ideologies, or violent radicalization
  • Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors — violations will be reported to law enforcement
  • Human trafficking, forced labor, or any form of human exploitation
  • Violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
  • Counterfeit goods, pirated content, or materials that infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transactions with individuals, entities, or regions subject to economic sanctions or trade restrictions

4.2 Prohibited Platform Behavior

You also agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through deep links
  • Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in ways that degrade service for others
  • Use deceptive redirects or link cloaking to disguise the true destination of a deep link
  • Engage in click fraud, attribution fraud, or any manipulation of analytics data
  • Hijack or intercept deep links intended for other applications or services
  • Abuse deferred deep linking mechanisms to track or profile users without their consent

5. Service Plans and Billing

Grivn offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Grivn and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grivn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
